The 3 month experience brings together a select cross-industry, cross-functional group of high potential talent from multiple organizations to deeply analyze actual work problems in their respective businesses with colleagues who have different perspectives than their own, flush out the true “problems behind the problem”, and develop an action plan for immediate next steps. In addition, targeted skill building occurs on a featured leadership learning theme.

LEA is extremely popular because its simple rules force participants to think critically, work collaboratively, and “learn by doing.” Each workgroup is assigned a SWAT (strategic working action team) coach who drives them to reflect not only on their problem solving, but also on the quality of their group dynamics and on examples of their demonstrated leadership skills.
